Church of the City New York is rooted in this city because people like you show up, serve, and give.
Thank you.

To help us grow together as a church on mission in our city, weโ€™re moving from Church Center to your new church.nyc account, built on Rock RMS, a data-management platform used by churches across the country and around the world. It will make it simpler to manage your giving, keep your details up to date, and stay connected to whatโ€™s happening across our church.

Weโ€™ve moved your information over. We just need you to log in once and check that itโ€™s right.

Logging in for the first time

Select Log In above and enter the email address or mobile number connected to your Church Center account. Weโ€™ll send you a one-time code and/or youโ€™ll be asked to create a password. If the system doesnโ€™t recognize you, see the FAQs below.

Checking your profile

Once youโ€™re in, review your name, email, phone number, address, and birthday. Then look at your household. Make sure your spouse and children are listed and their details are current. If you have kids in city kids, take a moment with their allergies, medical or care notes, emergency contacts, and authorized pickups. That information is what our team relies on at check-in on Sundays.

Will my recurring gift carry over automatically?

Yes, it will automatically carry over. The only failure in the process would be if your information such as your address, zip code, bank account or credit card information, amount, are incorrect or outdated. If you get notified that your giving did not transfer over, please update your account.

Where can I find my past information?

By the end of November, we will have all your historical giving information in ROCK RMS made available. Year-end statements for 2026 will come from ROCK RMS and all your giving from 2026 reflected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are we making this change?

As Church of the City grows, weโ€™ve needed one system that brings together the things that help people belong hereโ€”giving, city kids check-in, Community Groups, serving, and gatherings. This new platform lets us do that in one place. It also gives our Staff better tools to care for people well, so fewer details get lost along the way.

What is Rock RMS?

Rock RMS is the platform that runs your account on this page. Itโ€™s an open-source church management system that helps churches manage people, operations, and ministry in one place, and it was developed by churches for churches. Youโ€™ll mostly see it simply as your church.nyc account.

What happens to my Church Center account?

Church Center will remain available until November 8, 2026. After that, giving, check-in, and registrations will all happen here.

Do I need to download a new app?

Not right now. Your account works from this page on your phone or computer, so itโ€™s worth bookmarking. Weโ€™ll let you know when a new Church of the City app is ready.

The system doesnโ€™t recognize my email or phone number.

You might have used a different email or number with Church Center, so try that one first. If you still canโ€™t get in, contact us at hello@church.nyc and weโ€™ll connect you to your account. Please donโ€™t create a new one, because that can separate you from your giving history and household.

My household information looks wrong or incomplete.

You can edit most details directly from your profile.

Is my information secure?

Yes, your information is very secure. Your personal and payment information is encrypted and processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider.

Does this change anything about my Community Group or Serve Team?

Your groups and teams have moved over with your profile. Your leader will let you know if anything changes about how you sign up or schedule.

Who can I talk to?

Our team is glad to help. Email our IT Director, Nathan Smith, nathans@church.nyc.
