Our Sunday services include worship, corporate announcements, teaching of the Word, and time for receiving prayer. We receive the ordinance of Communion on the first Sunday of each month.

At Church of the City, we’re a community pursuing the way of Jesus and that starts with you feeling seen, known, and welcomed the moment you walk through our doors.

ARRIVING
Once you arrive, our wonderful Connections Team will be ready to greet you and can answer any questions that you might have!
Upon entering, Security will not check IDs or vaccination. However, everyone will be required to walk through the metal detector, and have their bag checked.

We offer childcare and discipleship at our morning services as follows:

YOUTH
We host our 11 to 18-years-old at our morning services. Youth meet 9:30am on the Upper West Side and 10.30am on the Upper East Side. We will close our time by attending the service together.

TIMINGS
Our services usually run for 90 minutes. In the service, you can expect teaching from the Bible, times of worship and prayer. The service is for everyone and people are free to participate or just watch and listen as you feel comfortable.
What can I expect at a Sunday Service?
Expect passionate worship, teaching that takes Scripture seriously, and a room full of people from every corner of the city. We have programming for kids and youth at our morning services on the Upper West Side and Upper East Side.
We celebrate baptism and Communion once a month. Communion is held the first Sunday of every month.
Join us at 10am (Upper West Side), 11am (Upper East Side), or 6pm (Downtown).

What does the church believe?
We hold to the historic teachings of Christian orthodoxy as articulated in the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed.
