Morning, Noon and Night
A simple rhythm of fixed-hour prayer for life in the city.
AUTHOR / SPEAKER
pray.nyc

A simple rhythm of prayer for life in the city: a few minutes in the morning, a pause at midday, and a quiet close to the day.
Use it on your own, with your household or on your commute. Start small, and let the rhythm hold you on the days you can’t hold it.
The rhythm
Morning: read a psalm and offer the day to God.
Noon: stop for one minute and pray for your city.
Night: look back over the day with gratitude, and confess what needs confessing.
“Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice.” Psalm 55:17
